Purpose

We use the data you send us by email to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, manage the business relationship. If you accept it in the cookie banner, we measure visits in aggregate with Google Analytics. We do not profile you or make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent when you write to us and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract.

Retention period

We keep the data for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts, and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods. Browsing data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics (14 months).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: web hosting (Spaceship), email (Google Workspace) and Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Maps). Google LLC may process data outside the European Economic Area under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@asinomas.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the Estonian authority, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee).
