Our story
We started from an uncomfortable certainty: almost everything Europe knows as "Mexican" is not. And from a nicer one: once someone tries the real thing, there is no going back.
The name
In Mexico we say "así nomás" when something is done without fuss, just like that. Behind every experience there is craft; from the outside it looks effortless. That is the idea.
Así Nomás (Mexican for "just like that, no fuss").

We are a small team that produces a lot, with a wide network of chefs, musicians, artists, mezcal makers and technicians. You talk to whoever decides, not to a middleman.
